Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring the company’s Japanese and Korean series restaurants to ensure the dishes are attractive to the market and meet good standard
Develop new dishes and SOPs in regular basis
Managing branches HR matters

Requirements
Experience in  Chain Restaurant (Assistant) Executive Chef Position
Understand the market trend and taste, familiar with the management and design new dishes
Comprehensive management skills is a must, able to manage not only kitchen but also coordinating the shop front as well
Passionate in cooking, also being honest and trustworthy
Immediately available is a big plus
