Responsibilities
Understand the market trend and acceptability, and develop new and innovative product concepts
Communicate with different parties, e.g. production, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Chef etc, to facilitate product development work
Consolidate the data and related documents of R&D stage
Responsible for kitchen staff training
Internal communication with different department regarding new dishes
Responsible for food safety training
Assist in other an-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Diploma in culinary arts
5 years’ relevant experience in new dishes creation , recipe and SOP development
Food Safety training experience
Good team players, proactive and meet light deadline
Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skill
Self-motivated and independent
Candidate with less experience may be considered for the title of Research and Development Officer
Immediate available is highly preferred
