Responsibilities
Establish, formulate and implement purchasing policy and procedure
Work closely with vendors and factory for order follow up and delivery schedule, to ensure on-time shipment delivery for the orders
Monitor stock level and replenishment status on a timely basis
Responsible for five shop purchase plan and purchase order
Research potential vendors
Assist to propose/ or make proper store receiving procedure, to achieve smooth operation process
Assist to setting up purchasing system with IT department
Conduct interviews with new suppliers for quotations and specifications
Monitor suppliers’ performance and conduct suppliers’ appraisals
Forecast the price and market trends
Follow daily complaints
Requirements
Over 5 years solid experience in F&B / catering / procurement & sourcing industry is preferable
Experience in Food & non Food practical sourcing & purchasing experience would be a definite advantage
Independent, able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
Need to conduct periodical on-site receiving QC
Good command of spoken and written Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
Proficient in MS office applications
Self-motivated, well-organized with excellent analytical and negotiation skills
