Our Client
Our client is a reputed and industry well-known interior design firm, focus on high-end residential projects, for around 20 years. Due to recent growth and expansion in GBA, they are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team to monitor and consolidate business development in GBA.

Responsibilities
Formulate sales strategies, identify new clients, create and explore new business opportunities
Oversee the company’s business development budget
Conduct sales activities to achieve revenue objectives
Maintain good relationship with existing business partners in China
Analyse and report regularly to top managements on sales & marketing performance
Work closely with operation team to achieve sales target
Handle Ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements
5+ years working in a Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success Enablement role
A strong understanding of the Greater Bay Area market
Strong in project management and communication with clients is a must
Experience in high quality residential / office design projects would be a definite advantage
Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required.
A strong understanding of the different Sales enablement needs in design industry.
Ability to speak multiple languages, with a proficiency in English. English is mandatory. Mandarin is a plus
