Responsibilities
For UI/UX Designer
Experienced in end-to-end large scale digital product development
Experienced in Sketch and InVision
Familiar with Adobe XD, Figma
Produce screen flow based on the agreed future state customer journey
Lead the creation of UI solution based on agreed screen flow and produce fixed path prototypes for user testing
Improve the UX based on the user testing results
For UX Researcher
Experienced in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Familiarity with cloud based user testing platforms for remote testing
Plan / execute user research to understand customers’ current needs and unmet needs, and produce / present findings / insights / opportunities to stakeholders
Lead the creation of ‘as is’ customer journey as well as future state customer journey based on the research findings and business needs
Plan / execute user testing to validate UX solutions, and identify / present areas of improvements with recommendations to stakeholders
For UX Writer
Experienced in creating labels and copies for digital products
Familiar with readability scoring to ensure the ease of reading
Write clear, concise, and useful copies for digital products and creates in the local language
Understand our copy guidelines and translate them to local languages in an appropriate manner
Provide strategy for content creations from scratch
Requirements
Degree holder in Web / Graphic / Multimedia Design or related disciplines
Strong background with experience of user interface design and user experience knowledge with a demonstrated portfolio
Knowledge of relevant industry tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Figma
3+ year exp. will be considered as Junior Level
7+ year exp. will be considered as Senior Level
Good communication analytical and organisation skills
Good in Spoken and Written English & Chinese
Responsible and experienced candidates are most wanted
