Our Client
Our client is a healthcare in biomedical science (~20+ ppl in HK), who builds platforms to harness the power of biomedical sciences and informatics to deliver best healthcare solutions to individuals and communities with actionable information and results.Their business is expanding fast in Hong Kong, China and Asia, so they are looking for talented, passionate, high integrity and smart professionals to join their team.

Responsibilities
Provide all rounded HR support including Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll, MPF, Tax filing and HR reports
Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures as well as complying with ethical, legal, HKSAR laws and other related regulations
Ensure competitive employee compensation by benchmarking to the most updated market data, trends and practices
Assist in recruitment and termination process including interview arrangement, preparation of employment contracts, on-boarding and exit formalities
Provide secretarial support and ad-hoc tasks when required
(After Pandemic is over) Occasional Day-trip travel to Shenzhen once every 1-2 weeks

Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on HR experiences
Versed in HK Labour Ordinances and other HR related legislation
Knowledge in China Labour Ordinances is a BIG PLUS
Excellent spoken and written English, Good in Cantonese and Mandarin communication
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detailed, analytical, self-motivated and results oriented
Agile, able to work under pressure, multi-task, and work independently
Available before 1 October 2020 is highly preferred
