Our client is a FAST Growing Beauty Brand with great reputation. Their business is rock-solid strong and planning for major expansion (plan for LISTING in HKEx) in 2022-2024. Therefore, they are looking for talented, passionate, high integrity and smart professionals to join their team.

Responsibilities
Performance Management: Develop and enhance performance assessment system, reward plans and identify talents for development.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including Manpower Planning and Budget, C&B, salary review, pay structure and benefits plans, Performance Management, Training, Employee Relations, etc.
Monitor C&B principle to keep the company being competitive in both attracting and retaining the talents amongst the market
Formulate and implement the HR related policies and strategies, and also staff development schemes based on the direction of the CEO, legal compliances, market trend and practice, and actual business needs

Requirements
Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 6 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role
Experienced in all-round HR functions, especially in compensation and benefits, performance management and organization development
Versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, labour laws and other regulatory practices
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Good communication, inter-personal, management and organisational skills
