Our client is a Well-Known financial services company, A grade office in Wan Chai. To increase with their rapid growth, so they are looking for talented, passionate, high integrity and smart professionals to join their team.
Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts inclusive of Accounts receivable and payable and general ledger of day-to day operation of each individual company;
Prepare monthly analysis reports for management on business performance and profitability;
Prepare audit schedules, financial statement, tax computation, statutory report and other ad-hoc reports;
Responsible for cashflow projection, financial control, cost control, budgeting and forecast for daily operations;
Support any system changes or enhancements and new system implementation in different business sector to ensure proper financial reporting;
Perform daily monitoring and reporting of the LC according to the FRR;
Prepare monthly returns on FRR reported to the SFC;
Responsible for group consolidation, business and financial analysis for management review;
Liaison with bankers, external auditors and regulatory bodies for financial services; and
Review and develop accounting policies and procedure manuals.
Requirements
Degree holder in accounting;
Min 5 years’ solid experience in accounting / auditing (preferably with securities, money lending and insurance brokerage businesses );
Knowledge in FRR and SFO is preferred but not a must;
Experience on accounting reports and financial analysis gained from financial services industry is a preferrable;
Proficient PC skills and knowledge of Flex System is an advantage;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and able to communicate in Putonghua;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Self-initiative, mature, responsible, well organized, efficiency and detailed-oriented;
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; and
Willing to work under pressure, multi-tasking with good business sense.
