Our Client

Our client is a All Day Dining restaurant located in Central. In order to cope with their continuous growing business, they are looking for experienced, responsible, passionate, high integrity professionals to join their team.

Responsibilities
Assist the manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including roster, training, daily administration etc.
Motivate and monitor the team to provide excellent service to our customers and to achieve company’s sales targets
Work with all departments in the restaurant to make sure food & beverage quality and operation methods are up to standard, and ensure standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
Monitor stock and ensure all supplies and essentials are adequately stocked
Control operational cost and identify ways to improve profit retention

Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Food and Beverage industry
Strong leadership and customer-oriented
People management skills and problem-solving skills
Must have a cheerful and energetic personality that will boost others around them
Excellent ability to multi-task and coordinate others from different departments
Fluency in English is a must
Immediate available is preferred

working hours 11:00AM – 10:00PM + 1 dining hour per day
