With offices strategically located in key business Hubs including Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan. Responsibilities
ruitment / Training Team
Format Talent’s profile into standardized format
Assist in report generation and statistics as required supporting APAC recruitment / Training Team
Assist in minutes taking and distribution of minutes to relevant business units / division
Coordinate and liaise with different departments on administrative requirements
Flexibility to supports additional ad hoc administrative requirements
Recruitment related data-entry as needed

Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent will consider as Administrative Officer ( Recruitment / Training Team )
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Mature, Independent and positive thinking
Well versed in Microsoft Office products including SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good coordination, communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese
Willing to work in different time zones if and when required
Immediate availability is highly preferable
